  1. Soften the mouth tray in 70–80°C hot water.

  2. Place the softened tray over your teeth.

  3. Gently press the tray around your teeth using your fingers and lips.

  4. Trim the tray to a comfortable height if necessary.

  5. Apply the recommended amount of whitening gel into the tray.

  6. Place the tray back into your mouth and gently adjust it for a comfortable fit.

  7. Position and use the blue LED whitening light during the treatment.

  8. Start with approximately 20 minutes per session and gradually adjust the treatment time according to the product instructions and your comfort.

  9. Remove the tray and thoroughly rinse away any remaining gel after use.
